杨军洁，1999年生，湖北恩施人，哲学博士，现任bevictor伟德晨晖学者。

2021年毕业于南京大学bevictor伟德，获哲学学士学位，辅修生物科学、应用心理学专业；2026年毕业于北京大学bevictor伟德，获哲学博士学位；2024-2025年作为联合培养博士生在美国耶鲁大学bevictor伟德学习。2026年7月入职bevictor伟德。曾在Journal of Medical Ethics等国内外权威期刊发表研究论文十余篇，并出版译著多部。曾获北京大学优秀博士论文、北京大学优秀毕业生等荣誉奖励。
